We discovered the perfect place to help develop and strengthen the larger muscle groups (gross motor skills) for our little learners.

This week we checked out a sensory activity that was different and exciting! Remember, the sense of touch is not limited to hands alone.

I always try to take L’s lead in what she chooses to explore and what I can “teach” her. I watch for what she naturally shows interest in.

Sensory play can be an instrumental component to development. Understanding this justifies the power of play! Learning should be fun!
